Colonie Center is one of the other food places listed in Albany, New York. The business is registered at 1417 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.

If you were expecting a restaurant, market or cafe and landed on a listing in this group, it usually means the original source listed the business under an unusual or mixed category rather than a plain food label. Contact information, address and hours are still pulled from the same public data used across Albany and New York, so they should be accurate even where the category is not a perfect fit. Because this group spans everything from medical clinics to auto shops to gift stores, there is no single etiquette or norm that applies across it; treat each listing on its own terms and call ahead if the category alone does not tell you what you need to know.

The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. Typical hours are 10 AM–8 PM. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (518) 459-9020. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is shopatcoloniecenter.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Customers rate it 4.3 out of 5 on Google across 8,780 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded other food places in Albany.

Albany is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Albany is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The mall is nice. I mostly go for Torrid, Hallmark, Macy's and Boscovs. They allow dogs, which is fun for the kids to look at. Although not the norm, I did witness a man peeing in a bottle in one of the upstairs seating areas

An excellent place! No matter the weather or the season, there is always something to do.

Being Gen X sometimes feels like living in the perfect in-between. We grew up in an era where the mall was the social center of the universe β€” a place to meet friends, grab a slice, wander record stores, and maybe spend a little too much time in the arcade. And while the world has shifted to two-day shipping, instant downloads, and virtual everything, there’s still something comforting β€” almost grounding β€” about being able to walk around a mall today. There’s a special kind of appreciation that comes from remembering life before everything was online. Browsing a shelf instead of an algorithm’s suggestion, feeling the weight of a book or a piece of clothing before buying it, or just people-watching with a coffee in hand β€” it all carries a certain nostalgia that online shopping can’t replace. Being Gen X means enjoying the convenience of the digital world without losing the value of the physical one. We can shop online with the best of them, but we still know the quiet satisfaction of strolling through a mall just because we can. It’s a reminder of where we came from β€” and a little proof that not everything worth experiencing fits neatly into a shipping box.

Ah, young Padawan, to Colonie Center I ventured on a busy Saturday afternoon. A challenge, finding parking wasβ€”many seekers, few spaces. Yet, patience prevailed, and my journey began. First, to Grill N Wraps I went, where a fine meal I enjoyed, strength for the trials ahead it provided. Great vakue it was. Then, to Boscov’s, where the Force of discounts was strongβ€”treasures at great value I secured. Macy’s, L.L. Bean, H&M, and Barnes & Noble stood as pillars of trade, each offering its own rewards. The halls teemed with life, obstacles at every turn, yet harmony there was amidst the chaos. As the suns set, my quest complete, depart I did. A place of trade and trials, Colonie Center isβ€”strong in the Force, yet wisely must one tread.
